The SKAID Scholars Award Scholarship is now open for applications. This scholarship will be awarded for the entire duration of undergraduate study until graduation to qualified students from Southern Kaduna, with the aim of cultivating a new generation of leaders.
Benefits:
In addition to financial assistance, scholarship recipients will receive mentorship and guidance to support their academic and personal development. Each student will be paired with a volunteer counselor/mentor who provides ongoing support, academic advice, career counseling, and personal development guidance. This comprehensive mentorship ensures students receive tailored support, helping them navigate challenges and achieve academic success.
The foundation will implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress and impact of the scholarship program. This will include monitoring academic performance, gathering feedback from students and mentors, and assessing long-term outcomes such as graduation rates and career success. By continuously evaluating program effectiveness, the foundation can identify areas for improvement and ensure the scholarships have a meaningful and sustainable impact on beneficiaries’ lives.
